Fenaka Introduces Digitalization Roadmap

Fenaka recently announced its digitalization roadmap during a special ceremony attended by company employees, government officials, the managing director, and senior staff. The roadmap aims to enhance the efficiency of services provided by the company through the implementation of various software and portals for quicker service delivery.

A key component of this roadmap is the launch of Girun’ba, a crucial digital platform designed to store comprehensive data on services in rural areas and monitor the status of power and water plants. This platform enables proactive measures to be taken to prevent service disruptions.

Alongside Girun’ba, specialized software was introduced to streamline the company's HR processes, allowing employees to easily manage tasks such as leave requests. The roadmap also includes the Fenaka tender portal, ticketing system, fuel management system, and My Fenaka portal, enhancing customer access to the company's services. These software solutions are developed in-house by Fenaka's dedicated team of developers and engineers.

As part of Fenaka's digital transformation, the central Scada system for power monitoring has been initiated in Th. Atoll, with plans to transition all electricity meters to smart meters. The smart meters have already been successfully installed and operational in Dh. Kudahuvadhoo. Fenaka is committed to completing the roadmap by year-end, revolutionizing the company's operations and service delivery, resulting in increased efficiency for both employees and customers.
