Fenaka says customers will receive a 40 percent discount on their electricity bills and a 30 percent discount on their water bills in May 2021. and also Businesses would receive a discount of 20 percent from both bills. The discounts are given to help customers to cope with the difficulties they encounter as a result of the present restrictive measures established to minimize Covid-19 Spreading.
