Fenaka Corporation provides two additional generators to Haa Dhaal Naivaadhoo  to enhance the electricity service in the island.

Naivaadhoo Received A 200 kW genset On 5th February and a 250 kW genset on 8th of this month.

Electricity in Naivaadhoo has been unstable with blackouts ever so often since the current generator is damaged and unable to meet the demand for electricity in the island.

The additional generators received by the island will enable the electricity services provided to be greatly improved and facilitate the provision of uninterrupted electricity services to the island with a population of more than 400 people.

Naivaadhoo Fenaka Branch has stated that the newly received generator is a long awaited solution to the existing problems faced in the island. Works are currently ongoing to install the new generator systems in the island’s powerhouse.
