Fenaka ISO Certified

Fenaka is now certified with ISO standards that revamp the organizations processes and how employees work to be more efficient and more customer focused.

ISO Standards are a best practice approach to different kind of things whether it be a product or a service. Standards are the wisdom which are been taught to people for them to know the needs of the organization they represent and the subject matter of the work they do. Everyone has a role and everyone should be able to know their objective in the organization.

Fenaka staff have now been trained in ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management). ISO 45001 is the international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management. As work place accidents do happen, this training allows for employees to be alert and to be cautious when working to reduce such accidents and create safer working environment. If something does go wrong, Fenaka processes will be in place to resolve the issue efficiently.

ISO 9001:2015 is the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is built around quality management principles which are instilled in the workforce. Fenaka aims to use this training and improve customer satisfaction and job satisfaction of its employees.

With the training's which have been given to the workforce force, Fenaka is able to provide a better product to its customers and deliver a higher quality service consistently. It allows Fenaka to be more consistent with its processes and improve its operations by being more efficient and effective. Processes are improved and more streamlined to provide Fenaka customers a more streamlined customer experience.
